How to use a Roll-On 

Apply to pulse points such as wrists, temples, and neck. Reapply as needed.

Massage gently

Use light pressure to help the aroma settle and spread.

Let it absorb

Give it a minute before putting on clothing (especially if applying to neck/chest).

Suggested timing:

Start with it in your evening routine—about 5–15 minutes before winding down.
