This naturopathic formulation has traditional benefits and plant compounds that may naturally fortify immunity, promote anti inflammation and healthy digestion as well as revitalise energy.

How to brew Golden Turmeric Tea
- Place 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per cup (250ml) in an infuser or teapot and pour over boiling water (100°C)
- Infuse for 5+ minutes depending on your desired strength
- Pour into your favourite cup and experience the moment
- Enjoy 1-4 cups daily in between meals to soothe and restore.
After finishing your brew, we encourage you to return your steeped herbs back to the earth, for example in your home compost, worm farm or garden waste, allowing it to breakdown into organic matter and return to nourish our environment.
