    Delivery Thursday 12th February 10:30am-3:00pm or 3:30pm-8:00pm. Order cut off date Tuesday 10th February 2025 11pm
    Delivery Friday 13th February 10:30am-3:00pm or 3:30pm-8:00pm. Order cut off date Wednesday 11th February 2025 11pm
    Delivery Saturday 14th February 10:30am-3:00pm or 3:30pm-8:00pm. Order cut off date Thursday 12th February 2025 11pm
    Delivery Sunday 15th February 2:00pm-7:00pm. Order cut off date Friday 13th February 2025 11pm

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION
    Valentine's Day orders may arrive any time within the day and as far as 7pm onwards
    Our drivers are delivering on timed deliveries. No address changes are possible once your gift delivery order is submitted and your gift are out for delivery.
    No special Valentine's Day delivery times or other special requests can be facilitated during this period.
    Promo codes cannot be used when you order valentine's day gift set online during this period unless part of valid offers for this time.
    You can place your order from our normal range of products, provided the delivery date is outside of the Valentine's Day special gift delivery period. 
    Valentine's Day is a busy period.
    Valentines period in Australia is from Feb 1st - 15th Feb 2026, during this period these delivery terms will apply.


    WHAT IF NOBODY IS HOME?
    If your loved one isn't around when we deliver, tell us where to leave the gift (front/back of the house/with reception/neighbour). If the courier finds no safe place to leave your gift, we'll attempt redelivery next day. To ensure your valentines day gift are delivered, confirm your special someone will be available to receive your valentines day gift or there's a safe place to leave the arrangement. 


    DELIVERY TO OFFICES
    We can’t be responsible for gift left with a mailroom or reception after delivery. Your order will be left at reception unless you request we call your loved ones.
